We stand behind every product we sell. All our gear comes with a 12-month warranty — except for our free 5-in-1 USB cable (it’s too small to worry about, but it still charges like a champ!).

If you spot a problem, please visit our Returns page for guidance on how to proceed.

Important Notes:

• Do not send any products back without contacting us first via the Returns page.
• Use a tracked service — we can’t take responsibility for items lost in transit.
• If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll either provide store credit or a replacement product of equal value.

What’s Covered:

• Manufacturing defects
• Damage during transit

What’s Not Covered:

• Wear and tear from everyday use
• Damage caused after delivery
• Deliberate damage (cuts, slashes, etc.)
